Basics (Kihon)
• Same requirements as previous belt ranks.

Forms (Hyung)
• Kibon 1, 2, and 3
• Old Kibon 1 and 2
• Pinan 1-5
• Naihanchi
• Naihanchi 2
• Chinte
• Bassai Dai
• Rohai

Bunkai
• Demonstrate Two self-defense techniques from each form, Pinan 1-5, Naihanchi 1-2, Chinte, Bassai and Rohai

Self Defense Techniques with Added Follow Through Strikes
• Same requirements as previous belt ranks.

Yak Suhk Dae Ryun
• Cho Bo Yak Suhk Dae Ryun (making contact with blocks)
• Jung Bo Yak Suhk Dae Ryun
• Sang Bo Yak Suhk Dae Ryun (1-4)

Breaking (Kyok Pah)
• Hand technique: Multiple at instructor’s discretion (1-2 boards each break)
• 1 break in Rohai (2 to 3 boards or cinderblocks)
• Foot technique: Multiple (1-2 boards each break)
